Chinese Interested in Capturing NEO/Asteroid

Apparently, the Chinese have also been pondering the idea of capturing an Asteroid and putting into Earth orbit. I see it as inevitable and it would prepare us for future trips to asteroids and near-earth objects.

Capturing Apophis - Futurist's Dream or Just Crazy Talk

We live in a world of endless possibilities. It's unfortunate that evil and greed rule the world, and it's sad that we have to put up with it. That limitless region of the human psyche is undoubtedly suppressed and not fully matured.

The future of spaceflight will be riddled with challenges never seen before, but I know we can overcome because we already have done so much. If we can break the chains of oppression, then we can see the opportunities before us. Like capturing a freaking asteroid.

Apophis should be making it's approach in 2029 and then again in 2036. Russian scientists say it will hit us, and NASA + friends are saying the Russians are full of hot air. Another article. I say that's perfect! We should be preparing for it NOW, but I'm sure the globalists already are.

I've heard all the theories... let's blow it up!... no no no let's move it out of the way!... no let's take it for our own for research and mining. Nudge it into an orbit around the sun that is close to our home world. Discovering new materials and technologies that are capable of bringing mankind permanently into space is what we were put here for.

If we are to expand in our own solar system, then we must have the ability to mine and refine raw materials like iron and other metals in space. The manufacture of space ferrying equipment in our solar system is imperative for our future exploration and population plans.

There have been people that have told me that bringing such a huge object so close to our planet will ultimately change the world we live in because we know that large bodies of mass can affect our weather, oceans, and climate - like the Moon. Well, while this may be true, Apophis will be coming close to us anyways. So if the threat is already there, then why are we worried about moving out even farther in a stable orbit that man and machine can reach with ease?

It's a conundrum of sorts because we don't want to destroy mankind, but we inevitably want to see the human race flourish. Going into space to explore and populate, permanently, should be our goal regardless of the risks involved.

I see staying on this planet as even more riskier, not just to humans, but to the entire Earth. I am more than happy to sacrifice myself to be the first person to orbit and land on a near-Earth object. Although, I can see a future of unmanned space systems for at least a half to a two-thirds of the next century before we can bring more people into space to live.

Space Race Heating Up

The competition has started with a fierce stride, but this shall not deter us. We must move ahead with private space exploration and inevitable migration. I'm sure there are plans in the works already. If I had the money, resources, and manpower, well then I would have already been sitting on a plan a, b, and c. Easy... Moon, Mars, or Other objects.

All plans can be set in motion, but which one do we go for first?

We should at least join in on some Solar (wireless power stations in orbits and on the Moon) and Helium 3 (Moon, Moon, Moon) harvesting, at least. It's as if we're going to continue to use the same oily mentality. I say fuck that, go for the gold!

What about the near-earth objects? Maybe we can capture a freaking asteroid.
Well I'd rather capture for research and mining before blowing it up or pushing it away. Then we can devour the solar system of it's metal, water, and other resources from near-earth objects, for example. I say devour, but it's not in a bad way. I'd rather use what God gave me, wisely, and utilize it to for expansion of the human species in space.

Mars? Well it's the best massive migration option we may have. Or not... depends on whether the powers that be believe in Terraforming. If you think about it. Everything you see around you - ipod, car, pyramids, etc - we used our intuitive and imaginative minds to dream it all up.

It's ambitious, I know. Cheer up good lads because it's a great opportunity to get our damn jobs back. I'm working now, thankfully, but I have experienced the no trabajo life, as many people do.

Possibility Event: Russia, China, and Iran Neo-Axis

After reading this article... there is a possibility that Russa, China, and Iran could attempt world/space dominance. Obviously they lose but this would explain such a split in space control. But being that the USA/Allies would never completely obliterate the enemy, assimilation will continue to be the key to our success. Even if nuclear weapons were unleashed in a possible World War III scenerio, I don't think that would have changed the fact that the Earth will completely destroy itself around 2120. According to the EarthRec and MTP Pact, research suggested that the Earth has been a ticking time bomb even before the United States of America's nuclear bombing of Japan, in WWII.

Vision of what could come for the Human Race to Space

It is the year 2020 and the Earth is set to recycle itself within an estimated 100 years (Earth Recycle EarthRec). The future of humanity is in the hands of 3 space exploring nations.

USA/Allies, Russia, and China are in control of the 3 most important real estate properties in the solar system. The Moon, Mars, and the Asteroids

Mars is undergoing a 100 year terraforming project as we speak (Mars Terraforming Project MTP). This project is to allow for complete migration of the Earth's saved population.

Unfortunately most of the current habitants of the Earth are completely unaware of the EarthRec and the MTP. The United Nations was dissolved in 2010 after a blatant attempt to control the world with brutal force. The only good organization to come out of the UN is the Global Human Alliance GHA. The GHA is not allowed to have a military or attempt to strip any country of their constitutional rights. The most powerful nations in the world have signed a GHA EarthRec and MTP Pact that will keep this information from the public until the year 2095. This is to ensure social stability and centered focus for the people of Earth until it is time for them to leave. Before this time, the 3 space exploring nations must establish a strong foothold within our solar system to make way for the Great Human Migration from Earth to Mars.

Early theories suggested that Humans could populate huge spaceships and travel the Galaxy in search of more life. These theories were almost just as quickly snubbed as they were envisioned. Scientists, Engineers, and some of the most brilliant minds of the Human Race believe that terraforming a planet within our solar system would be a more reachable goal than building and testing a huge spaceship. This would also attempt to ensure more secrecy about the MTP.

The USA and it's Allies have a stake in Mars already and they have decided to control and administrate the MTP.

Russia has established a permanent Moon Base codenamed Roshia as well as a Moon mining operation, codenamed Aersk, for a rare isotope, Helium 3.

The USA/Allies have partially established a massive solar energy collecting station (Solar Collection Array SCA) on the Moon as well as their own permanent Moon Base codenamed MB1. The SCA provides energy to be microwaved back to Earth as well as every space craft, satellite, and other space devices. The MB1 was established as a monitoring station of all Human space exploration as well as a early warning system for any intruders into our solar system. Many theorists claim that it's main purpose is to spy on Russian and Chinese space operations but in truth that is only a small fraction of it's mission.

China (Taiwan is a huge reason why the USA/Allies work with the Red Dragon but with strict rules against N. Korean involvement) has been given 40% control over mining operations of our solar system's Asteroids (Asteroid Mining Operations AMOPS). USA/Allies control at least 50% of all Asteroid mining operations and provide most of the work force as well as the equipment. The other 10% of AMOPS control has been divided among strictly classified nations and as well as some stealthy private organizations.

The GHA has established the Space Security Council SSC to oversee all Human space exploration security. The SSC's main security force has been split into 4 factions. The United States Air Force and NASA have a joint effort faction that controls Mars space called the Mars Space Protection Initiative MSPI. The United States Air Force and Russia Air Force are in split control over all Moon space security called the Moon Security Alliance MSA. NASA, the United States Air Force, and China Air Force are in split control over all Asteroid mining security called ASEC (Asteroid Security).

The fourth faction is a joint venture between all GHA countries to protect and serve all transportation in our solar system called the Space Transport Security STS.

Under the GHA Space Peace Treaty, signed in 2010 by all GHA countries, all countries in space must work together peacefully or suffer severe cuts in foreign aid as well as trade embargoes. The GHA Chairmen have made it clear that any attempt to derail the Human Race from advancing will not be tolerated.

I had this vision...
Mars... the Moon... and Asteroid Control...
In my eyes these three 'Space Realty' properties are up for grabs and our world's future depends whom they will belong to.
3 Top Contenders are in a scary battle for galactic dominance.

USA+ALLIES+(maybe UN... but lately... I'm not sure whose side they are on?)
CHINA+N.KOREA+TAIWAN+?+?
RUSSIA(supposedly an Ally but in today's world, everybody is "evolving")

USA+ALL COUNTRIES THAT SUPPORT NASA(including most private based space endeavors) is in possession of the ISS International Space Station, majority of satellite ownage/coverage, previous Moon Presence, and current Mars Presence)
CHINA has recently become a space exploring nation and are supposedly working on their own Space Station
RUSSIA (Space Race 1's 1 of 2 contendors that had some problems but could have taken it from the USA... RECENTLY announced that they will have a moon base by 2015 and possibly mine a rare isotope, Helium 3 by 2020)

Many US presidents have promised that we will go back to the moon and on to Mars. NASA has a plan that might give them and the USA a huge advantage but funding and public interest could be a huge problem.

The Real Estate:
Mars: for possible terraforming and slow colonization(could have enough resources to sustain itself)
Moon: Power Generator (microwaving the energy back to Earth and MOST space craft/satellites/devices/whatever)
Asteroids: A "Gold" mine of a resource. Could mean more control/power in the Solar System.
